DAY 1:

LONDON - BRNO - MORAVIAN KARST

We pick you up at your selected hotel in London and drive you to the airport from where we take a flight to the city of Brno, the capital of Moravia. You meet your DG at the airport, board your maxi-van and start this expedition. The first stop is at the Moravian carst and then a panoramic tour of the city. Dinner and overnight in Brno area.

DAY 2:

TELC - ČESKE BUDEJOVICE

Breakfast. Today we take the backroads and drive to South Bohemia. The first stop is the quiet little town of Telč. The old quarter, which is surrounded by water and mediveal fish ponds is protected by UNESCO. We check out the beautiful Water Castle and one of the best markets in the country. Our stop for the day is the city of Česke Budejovice, which may be better known as Budweis, the home of Budweiser beer. Overnight in Č. Budejovice.

DAY 3:

ČESKI KRUMLOV

Breakfast. The picturtesque setting of Česki Krumlov may attract more visitor than expected, as it is still very much away from the main roads, but nevertheless it is worth coming here and enjoying the town and it's surroundings. Overnight in Č. Krumlov area.

DAY 4:

PLZEN

Breakfast. We follow our expedition to the north, along the Vltava river, and we stop at neo-gothic Hluboka castle before continuing to Plzen. Budweiser may be a better known name in US, but Pilsener gave the name to the lager beer, as it was invented in the city of Plzen in 1842. The industrial capital of west Bohemia has a nice city center, the little streets and the Republic square with many beer bars where you can taste the Urquell beer. We check the undeground cellars and the Beer museum, but all real beer lovers shouldn't miss the Brewery tour. Overnight in Plzen.

DAY 5:

MARIANSKE LAZNE - LOKET - KARLOVY VARY

Breakfast. If yesterday was a beer-day, today is a spa-day. Exploring the north-west Bohemia brings us to the famous spa towns of Marianske Lazne (Mariabaden) and Karlovy Vary (Carlsberg). The royal heads of Europe were frequent visitors to these towns. We have a stop at Marianske Lazne historic centre with spa collonade and singing fountain. Before we arrive to Karlovy Vary there is a short detour to see the impressive castle and village of Lokot. Evening stroll in Karlovy Vary. Overnight in Karlovy Vary.

DAY 6:

KARLOVY VARY

Breakfast. A stroll through this elegant town with collonades and baroque mansions and along the river Tepla banks to several springs. We check the old Spa buildings and try Becherovka, but mostly relax - as the royals would do. Overnight in Karlovy Vary.

DAY 7:

KARLŠTEJN - KONOPIŠTE - PRAGUE

Breakfast. Today we do the touristic part of expedition. The stops in Karlštejn in Konopište are probably on every itinerary - but we take it slow and 'backroads style'. The first one is the gothic fortress and the home to crown jewels, the second one a reneissance chateau with impressive interior. In the evening we arrive to the capital of Czech republic - the enchanted city of Prague. Overnight in the city of Prague.

DAY 8 & DAY 9:

PRAGUE

Breakfast. In these two days we check all the main sights from the Prague Castle, the Golden Lane, Charles Bridge, Old Town Square with the Astronomical Clock, the Old Jewish Cemetary..., You should have enough time to wander on your own as well. Overnight in Prague.

DAY 10:

BOHEMIAN PARADISE

Breakfast. We continue our expedition toward northeastern part of Bohemia, where the landscape is more interesting than the cities. The first stop is in the Bohemian Paradise, the oldest natural reserve in the country. It is very wooded area with many unusual rock formations, lakes and castles. We drive and hike around different sites like the bizzare rock formation of the Rock city. Overnight in Bohemian Paradies area.

DAY 11:

ADRŠPACH - TEPLICE

Breakfast. The next area is close to the Polish border where the nature is similar to the Bohemian Paradise but many people say it is even more fantastic. Two rock formations of Adrspach and Teplice together form this place. There is a trail through the pine forest and the giant rock towers, pinnacles and chasms. It is definitely not to be missed. Overnight in the area.

DAY 12:

PRAGUE

Breakfast. On this day we return back to Prague and try to drive through some real back roads country. Dinner in the famous Flek in Prague. Overnight in Prague.

DAY 13:

PRAGUE - LONDON

Breakfast. Driving to the airport from where we will fly to London. End of our expedition.
