DAY 1:
FRANKFURT - AMSTERDAM
Arrival to airport in Frankfurt. Driving to Amsterdam. In the evening we arrive to Amsterdam. Panoramic tour and accommodation. Overnight.
DAY 2:
AMSTERDAM
Breakfast. We explore Amsterdam, which has a unique charm and mentality. We take a boat ride on the canals to see the city the way it was seen in the past when this was the more usual way to travel. We visit Coster Diamonds Factory where we learn about the secrets of craft and see some cheaper and more expensive specimens. In the afternoon we continue with sightseeing: the Dam, National museum and Van Gogh's, Anne Frank's, Begijnhof, the notorious Red District, the Flower market and the beautiful bridges and towers. Overnight.
DAY 3:
AMSTERDAM - ANTWERPEN - BRUSSELS
Breakfast. We drive to Antwerpen which used to be more important than Amsterdam but after the War of Religion, money and brains escaped further north and Amsterdam started to blossom. We visit the Rubens Museum and see the sights around the Cathedral, the City Hall and the river Scheld. We continue to Brussels. We see the beautiful old town with the famous Grand Place, Town Hall and Burgher's houses, the little side streets with restaurants and the Manneken Pis statue. The royal Bruxelles is up on the hill with parks and palaces and there is the third Bruxelles which is around modern offices of European Union. Visit of one of the numerous chocolate factories and tasting of famous Belgium pralines. Accommodation and overnight in Brussels.
DAY 4:
BRUSSELS - PARIS
After breakfast we continue our journey to France. In the afternoon/evening we arrive to Paris. Panoramic tour of the city: La Defense, Arc de Triomphe Champs Elysees, Place de la Concorde, Palace Chaillot, Opera Garnier, Palace de Luxembourg, Tour Eiffel, Panteon.Accommodation in hotel and overnight.
DAY 5:
PARIS
Breakfast. We take a cruise on the spectacular river Seine and also give you the opportunity to climb the Eiffel Tower to have a panoramic view of this wonderful city. We drive to Montmartre for the Sacre Coeur, Place du Tertre and Moulin Rouge. Then on to Ille de la Cite and the world famous Notre Dame Cathedral, with time for shopping on the banks of the Seine. Overnight.
DAY 6:
PARIS (EURODISNEY)
Breakfast. A short drive to the famous Disneyland Paris Theme Park (at additional cost) where a day of excitement for the entire family awaits you. Meet all your favourite Disney characters, see the amazing show "Honey, I shrunk the audience", ride the hair-raising "Space Mountain" roller coaster. Return to hotel and overnight.
DAY 7:
PARIS - REIMS - BASEL
After breakfast we continue towards Switzerland. We make stop in Reims. Reims is very well known for its wonderful cathedral. It is also one of the three cities of the Champagne Triangle. In the afternoon we arrive to Basel. A historic and modern trade and cultural center on the important position close to Germany and France lies on the river Rhein. Accommodation and overnight.
DAY 8:
BASEL - CHOCOLATE FACTORY - GENEVE
After breakfast we drive towards Geneve. We make a stop along the way in one of chocolate factories Maison Cailler in small city of Broc. We take a beautiful drive along the shores of Lac Lomond and continue to Geneve. The city is known as the Red Cross founder, the League of Nations seat which was the predecessor of the United Nations, which still has a very important offices here like the seat of WHO - World Health Organization. The main sights are the Flower clock and the Waterjet. Accommodation and overnight.
DAY 9:
GENEVA - INTERLAKEN - LUCERNE
After breakfast we continue to beautiful Swiss alpine region to the picturesque town of Interlaken, the scene of many "Bollywood" films, where you have some time to browse through the shops. From there a short drive brings us to Lauterbrunnen, where we board the train for the scenic journey to Jungfraujoch (at additional cost) - Top of Europe, the highest railway station in Europe at 3,454 metres (weather permitting). Visit the Ice Palace with ice sculptures or enjoy the panoramic views from the Sphinx Terrace. In the afternoon we return to the valley and continue to of the most beautiful cities in Switzerland -Lucerne. Panoramic tour of tour of the city at lake Vierwaldstatt, which was a birthplace of famous german composer, conductor, and theatre director Richard Wagner. Accommodation and overnight.
DAY 10:
LUCERNE - ZURICH - SCHAFFHAUSEN- INNSBRUCK
Breakfast. We continue to Zurich, the bank capital and the biggest city in the country. The main sights are between Banhofstrasse, which is the main shopping artery and the river Limmat along the shores of which lies Grossmunster and other historic buildings. The next stop is Schaffhausen on the river Rhine which is a pretty town which lies close to the Rheinfalls where you have time to go on a boat and get closer to the falls. We will see some more interesting sights along lake Constance (Bodensee). We continue to Austria into the alpine region of Tirol, which is a part of Austria. Tirol is associated mainly with skiing and mountaineering, but its capitol Innsbruck has some notable connections with one of the greatest dynasties of Europe - the Habsburgs. Accommodation and overnight.
DAY 11:
INNSBRUCK - SALZBURG - VIENNA
After breakfast we will see some interesting sights like the golden roof and the life size statues of the Habsburg princes and kings in the Emperor's Maximilian's resting place. We continue our journey to Salzburg - the hometown of the famous composer Mozart. We stroll around this beautiful town and its majestic castle Hohesalzburg, visiting the Mozart's House, Alten Markt, Mirabell Park and taking a walk on the banks of the river Salzach. We end this day in the capitol of Austria - Vienna. Panoramic tour will include the Schoenbrunn palace and other sights inside the Ring like St Stephen's Dome and Hof. Accommodation and overnight.
DAY 12:
VIENNA
After breakfast we are going to take a circular tour of Vienna city by bus and drive pass Vienna Opera House (Wiener Staatsoper), Art History Museum (Kunsthistorisches Museum), Natural History Museum (Naturhistorisches Museum), Austrian Parliament Building (Parlament or Hohes Haus), University of Vienna (Universität Wien), The Vienna City Hall (Das Rathaus), The Stock Exchange (Die Börsenfachgeschäft),...etc. Than we are going to take a walk passing by Hofburg to Cathedral of St. Stephen (Der Stephansdom). Free time for individual sightseeing and shopping. Overnight in Vienna.
DAY 13:
VIENNA - MUNICH
Breakfast. Departure to Munich, capital of the largest federal state in Germany, Bavaria. We will see city sights around new Town Hall: Marienplatz, Michaelskirche - the largest Renaissance church north of the Alps, Frauenkirche - Catholic Cathedral of Our Blessed Lady which is the landmark of Munich and the city's largest church. You can also climb the steps of the towers - the view of Munich's cityscape and the Bavarian Alps is breathtaking. We will take a stroll between Karlasplatz and Marienplatz. Visit of the Deutsches Museum located on an island in the river Isar that runs through Munich's city center. It is one of the oldest and largest science and technology museums in the world and boasts an impressive collection of historic artifacts. You can see the first electric dynamo, the first automobile, and the laboratory bench where the atom was first split. Other highlights of the museum include exhibitions on astronomy, transportation, mining, printing, and photography. Accommodation and overnight.
DAY 14:
MUNICH - FRANKFURT
Breakfast. Free time for individual sightseeing and shopping. In the afternoon we drive to Frankfurt. Situated on the Main River, Frankfurt is the financial and transportation centre of Germany and the largest financial centre in continental Europe. Panoramic tour including the Romer and Romerberg, the Imperial Cathedral, St. Paul's Church and the Old Opera House, The Goethe House and Museum, the Judengasse, the Holocaust Memorial and the Old Frankfurt Jewish Cemetery. Accommodation and overnight.
DAY 15:
FRANKFURT
Breakfast. Driving to the airport. End of our expedition.
