How to Book

You can book through our US, Canadian or other agents.

If you want to book directly you have to use our Application Form - and fax all the details to us.

You should provide us with the your post and e-mail address, and a phone number where you can be reached. If you want to make a call please bear in mind there is a significant time-difference so please make sure you call inside our working time. The London Office is strictly operative and is only relevent if you actually book an expedition.

Before you decide to join our expeditions, you should read carefully the General Conditions. You are also strongly advised to consider taking the Insurance.

Once you have paid the reservation fee you will get a traveler's kit with detailed itinerary, maps, useful facts about the country you are about to visit and all the necessary contacts...

If you want a Pre- and Post-expedition stay, you will be able to choose from one of the hotels we can provide on the FIT basis (individual traveller) from our FIT system.

It will also be our pleasure to arrange a transfer from the selected London airport to the selected London hotel (Pre-expedition) and from the hotel in any of the European cities we may finish our expedition ( Madrid, Rome, Berlin, Amsterdam, Paris, Vienna, Milan, etc. ) to the selected airport for a flight back to London or just anywhere you wish to fly. You will also have a possibility to have a personal guide in London - just contact our London Office.

All our expeditions start in London but it is possible (in the case where the beginning of our expedition is near the international airport) to fly directly to the place like Venice or Paris and for our DG to pick you up. But this is not possible with every expedition, so it is necessary to look at every case separately.
